The bathrooms were dirty, the rooms were shabby and full of mosquitoes, and the service was awful. It's basically a marriage garden, and definitely not suitable for couples. They also try to charge extra at checkout, claiming Oyo updated the prices. Don't go unless you want to be cheated.

There was lots of space and a great ambience, and the staff were humble. The rooms were much better too. A great venue for functions with a large number of people, and a great experience overall.

The staff and management were supportive, ready to help at any hour, and the service was commendable. I'd be happy to stay again.

Cleaning and service were both poor. We told reception about it many times, but they just listened and ignored everything.
