OYO 27654 Hotel Grand Valley

I stayed here for a few days, and it was the worst experience I've had. The manager at the front communicated poorly and roughly. If you ask for help or support, the answer is a straight no. Hygiene and room cleanliness were poor, and the bed sheets were dirty. I wouldn't go there even for free.

The staff behaved unethically and wouldn't listen to you. The rooms, bathrooms, and even the corridor were filthy. It was a horrifying experience at a disgusting hotel in all of Indore. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're paid. I wouldn't stay here even if it were free.

Oyo rooms are my first choice. You can just check in without checking the facilities first, since everything is already there. My room was spacious and had all I needed, including a TV, AC, and shower. The toilet was clean, and there was soap, a mirror, and curtains, all arranged nicely. The price was the most important part for me, convenient and affordable. The hotel staff were good. Thank you.

Water problems in the washrooms at night, lifts that don't work, and an AC with no cooling at all made for a very bad experience. Check-in took an hour, then it took another hour to get food delivered to the room.
