The bathroom and room were disgusting. The toilet had urine stains, and the washroom smelled foul. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a month. I couldn't stand there for even a second. I was willing to pay more, but not for those rooms. Oyo confirmed my two-day booking for 900 rs/-. When I arrived, the receptionist asked for 1000rs/- for one night, or 2000rs/- for two, and said the hotel couldn't honor the booking. He told me to contact Oyo support and find other accommodation. Oyo's alternative was much more expensive. I eventually had to cancel, and still haven't received my refund. There were no cabs nearby that night, so I walked with my luggage and found a non-Oyo hotel elsewhere. This felt like a fraud: they confirm a booking, then ask for double when guests arrive, knowing they may not be able to go somewhere else and may have to accept a higher price. DISGUSTING & FRAUD.

After Agoda confirmed my room, I went to the hotel. The receptionist called a man, probably the owner, who asked when I'd be checking out and wanted another Rs. 300 to give me a room. I had to call Agoda to cancel and get a refund. Awful experience and unprofessional treatment.

I booked through Oyo for Rs 600/-, but the woman at reception demanded 900rs. She blamed Oyo and said I could pay 900 or book somewhere else. Very bad experience. Oyo should take action and improve its booking centers.

The staff are very nice, but the owner keeps raising the rates every month and has a rude attitude. He doesn't respect guests. Guys, don't go there. Thank you.
