I was completely disappointed by the owner. I booked online and prepaid, but when I arrived they refused to let me check in and created a really difficult situation. It was 11 pm, and even knowing I was a woman new to the city, they didn't seem to care. The price shown online wasn't the price they would give me, and the behavior was poor. Ask the owner first whether he actually intends to give you a room. I wouldn't book here online.

The owner is a true gentleman, and the staff are quite cooperative. Still, there's a boy in the office who keeps staring at your girlfriend if you arrive with her, which makes you uncomfortable. I hope the owner asks that cyber boy to stop making couples feel awkward.

The reception man was arrogant, annoying, and disrespectful. I found the place and its location unsafe, with poor surroundings and arrangements, and felt there was fraud everywhere. I'd urge people to avoid staying at this OYO.

The staff were cooperative, and the location is handy, very close to navlakha bus stand. Don't expect much in the way of services, but for what we pay, it's good.
