The location is good and the price is reasonable. Best of all, the manager and his two assistants looked after guests very nicely and politely. Five-plus rating for him.

The non-AC rooms are as bad as they can be. When customers complain, they’re forced to rent the costly AC rooms. The toilets are unhygienic, as expected, and the bedsheets, blankets, and pillows smell bad.

The rooms were poor, and the service was just as bad.

The low room price is about the only thing this place has going for it. The rules made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel, and the staff were lazy while the manager was rude.

There were insects on the bed and blanket. I’d paid for an AC room, and it was in terrible condition.
