Reputed firms and MNCs bring opportunities for freshers and exposure to global projects. It's easy to reach by road, close to DAVV, eateries like Indian Coffee House, and public transport. It also gets strong user feedback, averaging around 4.4/5 from thousands of Justdial reviews, with many calling it a good workplace. It can be crowded at peak times, and traffic around Khandwa Road and Bhanwarkuan can be an issue, as in other busy parts of Indore. Some older reviews mentioned slower occupancy, though the park has clearly revived and thrived in recent years. The offices are good, but the other facilities are bad. One of the two lifts is often out of order, and the lifts can take too long for the number of people using them. The washroom is usually smelly and dirty, like a public restroom, and sometimes there's no water, which makes it worse. I don't use the parking, so I can't comment on it.

There’s too little parking and no basic shared facilities, like restaurants. The staff are rude, and the authorities seem to be ignoring the problem instead of trying to fix it. The IT park itself is poorly planned and badly maintained, with an entrance in a dangerous spot, especially while the flyover is under construction.
