The rooms and washroom were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and check-in was quick and easy. Staff made a great impression, greeting us with a smile and being friendly and polite throughout. On my first trip to Indore, I stayed at Hotel Shreemaya, which began in 1979 and remains one of the city's well-known hotels. Its location was convenient for exploring. I'd recommend it to business and leisure visitors, or anyone coming for a short food trail.

The food was so good, and breakfast had plenty of fresh choices. We came from the US for a wedding in Indore, and making a reservation by email was easy. The front desk staff were caring and courteous, and available whenever we had questions. Our room was a good size, the shower was hot, and the AC worked. They put us farther from the street, which made it quieter. The location worked well too, most taxi and auto drivers knew the hotel.

Room service was super quick, and the staff were friendly. They can adjust food to suit a child's needs, which made it kid friendly. Chappan dukan, Gurukripa, and the railway station are all within walking distance.

We felt very well looked after here. For a whole week we enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet and tasty dinners at the restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly, and our room was clean and nicely furnished.

There's a short wait, but it's no big worry since the waiting arrangements are good and the wait isn't long. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is really tasty.
