Treebo Premium Omni Residency

The room was spacious, spotless, and had an extra bed. Check-in was easy, and the staff were courteous and efficient. The first impression was rough, though: a dirty, torn carpet by the side entrance opened onto a space that felt like a wedding venue 🤔. Bathroom drains occasionally smelled, which was a real turnoff. Breakfast choices were limited, and while nicely prepared, it wouldn’t have impressed guests at home. The entrance, exit, and food options need work.

We were pressured to leave from 10 AM, even though our 11 AM checkout had been confirmed. Housekeeping kept calling and saying checkout was at 10, apparently to make space for wedding guests. From the start, the wedding setup meant we had to get out of our cab away from the hotel and walk in. My parent is a senior citizen and couldn’t walk properly, but nobody helped. They had a buggy and still refused to use it, saying, “This is how customers come.” The watchman, bellboy, and receptionist were rude, kept changing their stories, and only became polite when challenged in front of the manager. At Omi Premium Residency, Indore, regular guests seem to be treated like an inconvenience. If they only want wedding guests, they shouldn’t take other bookings. The service was pathetic and unprofessional, and this is not four-star service. Avoid completely.

Finding alcohol bottles in our room that weren’t ours raised serious concerns about housekeeping and cleanliness. The room was mediocre for the price, and breakfast portions were inadequate. The food quality overall was poor, so the stay fell well short of expectations and needs significant improvement.

The staff were so polite and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless, the welcome was warm, and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast tasted good and the location was convenient too. I loved staying at Omni Residency and would definitely come back!
