The room smelled terrible and was filthy, with rats and cockroaches roaming around. Nothing seemed to have been cleaned in ages, and the wallpaper was peeling off. My family and I had a disgusting experience. I can't recommend this place at all.

There was no geyser, just gross heating rods. The bed was filthy, the room smelled awful, and there was no cleaning at all. Torn wallpaper and dirty, gross-looking walls added to a really bad stay. There were rats in the hotel too.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and I had no privacy because the windows and curtain holders were broken. You could easily see both in and out. They first sent me to the third floor, then the second, and I kept having to change rooms. I ended up booking another hotel that day and stayed there, but they didn't refund my money.

The food was nice, and the place itself was wonderful.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. I enjoyed the sev tamatar and butter khichdi, both tasted good.
