Lazy Bear Homestay - Cozy 1RK

We had a pleasant one-night stay with the family, and it worked especially well with kids. Our 1 BHK was clean and looked after, with enough room for a family of four to six. There was a TV, AC, and hot water, plus mattresses and towels when we asked. The kitchen had an induction stove and was well equipped.

We had cooking facilities available, which was handy for our group. I stayed here in Jabalpur for seven days with 15 students, and the place felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and service was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and kept in good condition. A good option for student groups and academic trips.

The owner was understanding and spoke very politely. We had a fine two-day stay after traveling from Bangalore, and the washrooms were very clean. A few things need attention, though: there was no milk packet as expected, just an old used one in the fridge, and housekeeping could use better training. The basic spices and tea leaves weren't good either. The sofa-cum-bed cover was a bit dirty, and there should be somewhere to store luggage for people staying longer. The rooms themselves were fine. I’d consider staying again when I’m in Jabalpur.

The owner was so friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something. We had a really comfortable stay, with clean, cozy rooms. I’d recommend it if you want a welcoming place to stay.
