The location is the one good thing, right at the chauraha and across from ISBT. We paid 1200 rs for just a room, with an attached washroom, room 102. There were no amenities, and the washroom was very small. We checked in at 12 pm for a full day and told the manager our bus was at 11 pm. When our bus was delayed by an hour, we let him know we'd leave an hour later, but he kept calling us to vacate because he'd booked the room for someone else, even though we'd paid the full day rate. It's a bus-stand lodge, not a hotel, and it doesn't feel suitable for families. We were charged 1200 rs after being told it was the full day charge.

We asked them to clean the bathroom again, but it still wasn't done properly, and the room wasn't clean either. For this much money, it really wasn't worth it. A very bad stay at this filthy hotel.

The washroom hadn't even been cleaned, and I didn't think the place was worth it. There was also so much noise when someone checked in at 2 am that everyone in the building would know.

The service was good, and the hotel was good overall, but there was so much noise in the rooms that you couldn't study for even a second. I wouldn't stay here before competitive exams the next day. The geyser wasn't up to the mark, and they should provide slippers for the bathroom and toilet.
