I'm writing this from the room while we're still staying here. I booked two rooms for a trip with two senior citizens, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. At check-in nobody helped with the bags, leaving the seniors to carry them themselves. The listed amenities included toiletries and water bottles, but neither was in the room. We asked twice, and water was only provided for a charge. There was a power cut at about 5:30 AM. The receptionist was asleep and seemed unconcerned. He said the generator wasn't working when I asked about backup, then went back to sleep. The complaint numbers also went unanswered. Service is very poor and needs serious improvement.

We come here regularly, and stayed one night on 17th February. This visit was disappointing. The room was disorganized, with no mirror, and the washroom had neither a mirror nor a bucket. An old, dirty couch made the room unpleasant and uncomfortable. When we complained, we were told to manage because no other room was available. We paid the full amount, though, and expect proper service and basic facilities. We hope management improves the service and room upkeep so these problems don't happen again.

The staff and service were both good, and I'd recommend trying the food at their restaurant. It's family and couples friendly. For the room size, though, the price felt a bit on the high side.

Check-in was smooth, and on direct bookings they offer 24-hour check-in and check-out. I've checked in early in the morning several times, and they do allow early arrivals. The rooms are neat and clean, the staff are really polite, and the location is good, close to Madan Mahal Railway Station.
