The Arihant Palace

The food was average and fell short of expectations, though the ambience and seating at Jharokha Restaurant, Arihant Palace, Jabalpur were decent. The washroom was dirty and poorly maintained, which was the main problem. I asked the manager if there was a cleaner one. He first said yes, but after around 5 minutes with no update, I asked again and was told it would be cleaned. That wasn't a satisfactory response when basic cleanliness should already be in place for customers. A hotel restaurant should take hygiene and customer service more seriously. I hope management improves cleanliness and responds to concerns better.

The staff were polite and attentive, and service was quick and well managed. I really enjoyed the food, which had great taste and quality, and the ambience at Jharokha Restaurant, Arihant Palace was beautiful and comfortable. A lovely spot for family dinners or special occasions, and highly recommended if you're after good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

We were there for a family holiday and ate at Jharokha on the 1st floor. The food, ambience, and service were all amazing. A must visit when you're in Jabalpur.

The food service was the worst. They use cheap oils and raw materials, and if you eat here, be ready to get a nasty strep throat.
