We spent two days here for a wedding, and the view made the celebrations feel extra special. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, had what we needed, and were very comfortable. Service was attentive and ran smoothly throughout. A lovely stay, and I'd recommend it.

We checked in on May 25 for three nights, but the food was a letdown. Much of the menu wasn't available, and what we did get was very poor. The place is listed as a 4-star hotel, but the utilities and staff behavior didn't feel like that standard. We had to remind staff twice about everything, from toilet paper to pillows. Then at checkout, they charged us for food we hadn't ordered. We explained that the bill was added later and that, after paying Rs 30,000 for the stay, we wouldn't make an issue over a small Rs 600 charge. They charged us anyway. We're definitely not coming back.

The hotel was well kept and in a great spot, with amazing balcony views. The food was good and hygienic, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. GM Mr Kishor was especially humble and cooperative. Mr Manoj, though, was rude and unprofessional. I called him more than 20 times to book a room and got no reply. One call to Mr Kishor was enough to get it sorted. Everything else was good, so I hope management deals with the issue with Mr Manoj. Thanks.

The location and views were great, and the surroundings had a nice feel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is available, but it can be awkward to maneuver. I damaged my car while parking. Food was the main problem. There weren't many choices, and there was no buffet, just a limited selection made to order. I booked the room with breakfast and one main meal, but I'd suggest eating outside if you can manage it. Everything else was okay. They really need to improve the food options.
