Hotel Pratap Palace

I wasn’t satisfied with how the staff handled things, and the overall behavior felt unprofessional. I’d booked two super deluxe rooms on 24.12.2025 for 26.12.2025, and hotel staff confirmed them via WhatsApp. When we arrived, they gave us one super deluxe room and one deluxe room instead, saying all rooms were already booked. There were no towels in the room. I had to remind reception twice by phone before they brought them. There’s no proper car parking facility either. The parking in front of the hotel isn’t managed well, and when someone parked behind our car, the staff couldn’t find them.

The hotel is directly opposite the new Bus stand jagdalpur, but rooms facing it get a lot of loud bus horn noise, especially early in the morning. We also had a minor electrical malfunction, though the rooms themselves are good. Staff were professional and helpful, and it was nice to see nearly the whole floor team managed by girls and ladies. They were well trained and professional.

Getting around the city was easy thanks to the hotel's location and transport connections, which saved us time. The attached restaurant was also very convenient, with delicious meals so we didn’t have to go elsewhere, and we appreciated the generous breakfast. Cleanliness across the property stood out right away. Our room was spotless, and knowing the bathroom had been thoroughly sanitized gave us peace of mind. It was a comfortable, convenient, well-maintained stay. We’d recommend the hotel and hope to come back.

We had a very good experience here. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the food was amazing. It was a pleasant stay.
