Baari the house fusion

The chai was far too bitter, and we're very disappointed with the food quality. We ordered aloo pyaz parantha, a smoothie bowl, and two chai for breakfast today. The paranthas looked good and tasted fine, but one had a strand of hair inside. The staff didn't apologize. They replaced it, but there was another hair in the replacement parantha.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute, saying there was a water leak, and just told us casually to “Please understand.” We lost 10-12 days, and they seemed concerned only about their own loss, not ours. We were travelling from another city and spending a lot to visit, and they showed no concern about how we'd manage during peak season. Repairs should have been handled ahead of time. Worst experience. Please read this before booking.

Our confirmed booking was cancelled without warning at the last moment, leaving us stressed and stranded. Baari The House of Fusion in Jaipur offered no proper explanation, apology, or help, and showed no sense of responsibility. We had planned our stay based on their confirmation, but they acted as though guests didn't matter. It felt careless and unprofessional, and the cancellation reflects badly on how the place is managed. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, don't book here. Jaipur has better places that respect their guests. This one isn't worth the risk or disappointment.

TGIH made it easy to eat well without giving up flavor. I tried the quinoa salad and smoothie bowl, both fresh and tasty, and neither felt heavy. The staff also paid real attention to my dietary preferences, which was a refreshing change.
