The floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the bedsheet wasn’t washed. It took an hour for them to change the sheet. When I asked them to clean the floor, they brought disposable slippers instead.

The staff were really rude and the service was awful. The bedsheets weren’t even washed, and there was no geyser. It felt like they didn’t want to do business at all.

I checked out early from FabHotel Dream Palace, Jaipur. There were rats in the room, with multiple sightings, and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Dirt was everywhere, including under the bed, in the corners, and in the bathroom, which hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and the whole room felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. Hygiene clearly didn’t seem to be a priority. It didn’t feel safe or livable to me, especially for someone traveling with family or elderly people. For a hotel that claims to offer decent budget accommodation, this was far below basic standards. Whether it was poor maintenance or carelessness, the room condition was shocking and completely unacceptable. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it unless standards improve drastically.
