The room was nice, though a little old-fashioned, and I could easily overlook that. The staff were helpful, capable, and properly trained in hospitality. Check-in went smoothly, with no extra demands or unnecessary questions. I’d recommend considering it for a couple or family stay.

I’d be careful booking here. I’d paid in full for a confirmed reservation through Agoda, but when I arrived the staff refused to check me in because they said they don’t accept international passport holders. That restriction wasn’t mentioned anywhere during booking. If they have that policy, it should be made clear in advance. I was left stranded and had to find another hotel at the last minute, which caused stress and extra expense. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to international travelers.

Housekeeping was slow, and even after I asked several times, problems weren’t fixed promptly. Complaints got no proper response, and the staff were average at best for professionalism and attentiveness. The room had dust, dirty sheets, and an unpleasant smell; the bathroom was worse, with poor hygiene, stained fittings, and an inconsistent water supply. The AC barely cooled and the TV didn’t work. Furniture was old and poorly maintained. The hotel fell far short of its claimed standards and needs serious work on cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it improves significantly.

For around 1800 or sometimes less, it’s a decent option. The interior and general condition of the hotel are good, and the location is okay. Bikes and cars can be parked outside. I’d give it 3 out of 5: the rooms are good, but maintenance is poor, and the staff need to behave better.
