The property itself and its location were good, but our room smelled bad, the mirrors were dirty, and there was no lock on the door. The woman at reception had no sense of customer service or professionalism. She kept talking on speakerphone and yelling at us and her own staff for no reason, and tried to get us to pay more because we had booked online. The other male receptionist, though, was helpful and decent.

I booked two rooms at hotel classic stay in Jaipur, but they were unclean and the reception person and staff were not cooperative. The bathroom had drainage trouble and a leaking wash basin. Mirrors and bedsheets were dirty, there was no body lotion, and the curtain was dirty and had holes. I took some pictures as proof. The charges were very high, and Amir, the customer agent, misled me on the phone by saying there was a discount. Please have someone check the call I had with him. I’m unhappy with the service and how I was treated, and I’ll never book this company’s hotel again.

The room was in terrible shape: no bathroom locks, a broken flush, dirty bedsheets, filthy curtains, and floors that looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I booked through OYO for 800, but a staff member asked me to hand over the 800 directly instead of paying through OYO. They also tried to get extra 12% GST or more money at the hotel, and otherwise refused check-in. That feels like cheating OYO too. The staff were rude and ignorant, with zero professionalism. When I said I’d complain, the staff and owner said they didn’t care. This place is a scam. Bhai, if you’ve read this review, don’t accidentally go there!

The room had cockroaches, cigarette butts, a broken flush, a dirty blanket, and dirty toilet fixtures. The receptionist didn’t even move after I complained at least 20 times. This was a pathetic hotel with poor service. I don’t know why government authorities audit and close it. Even at a cheap rate, booking here means becoming part of a huge scam.
