Service was extremely bad, and the rooms weren't any better. There was barely water from the taps, bathroom doors wouldn't close, and some rooms had exposed wires. I suspect the place used to be called hotel anuja, and changed its name after getting too many bad reviews. I can't say for sure, but I think reviews above two stars might be from family or people given some kind of reward.

There was a pile of garbage under the bed, and the room was dirty all over. The bathroom was worse than one at a railway station. The lights were very dim and some switches didn't work. Just 15 minutes before checkout, staff started banging hard on the door and calling repeatedly. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst experience of my life, and I'd never recommend staying here.

I stayed for 1.5 days and had agreed at check-in on 36 hours, but they charged me extra after checkout. Really disappointed 😞

There was no electricity for six hours, and the manager was rude. He told us to shut up or he would cut the water off again. We only got five minutes of water after a tanker arrived in the morning and filled the tank by hand. There had been no water all night, and the washrooms were worse than public toilets, with no maintenance. There were also plenty of bed bugs.
