My first time using OYO was awful. I needed a late check-in and early check-out to fit my flight schedule near the airport. The hotel staff demanded extra money when I arrived, even though I'd already paid in full, and after nearly an hour OYO support still said they couldn't do anything. I finally gave up on both them and the idea of a cancellation or refund, left, and found another hotel. The next place understood what had happened and gave me a room. Only then did OYO tell me they'd spoken to the owner, so I could ask the receptionist to contact him and let me check in. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. They offered no alternative, and once check-in supposedly became possible, they said cancellation wasn't possible either. After apologizing, OYO congratulated itself for resolving the issue. They made sure I'll never recommend them for accommodation. I'd sooner suggest a train station or bus station for the night than booking an OYO.

The rooms and surrounding area were neat and clean, and there's parking, though the space is small. Staff are around 24 hours, but they don't always follow what you ask 😁. The toilets could use updating, getting into the city is a problem, and outside food isn't allowed.

The staff were really cooperative, and I had an amazing stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back. 😃

Really bad experience. Don't confirm this hotel online through OYO. After the booking was confirmed and paid online, the management said they wouldn't give us a room at that price and wanted more money, or told us to ask for a refund. I got stuck trying to get the refund. OYO's online number didn't help and kept putting me on hold for half an hour at a time. I lost the whole amount I paid through OYO hotel GPay. The hotel and OYO's phone support were both terrible. If you're calling to ask questions, don't pay online.
