We paid part of the cost in advance online through fabhotels for two rooms, but the hotel had booked someone else under our name and refused to accommodate us. They told us to contact fabhotels and said they wouldn’t help. After a lot of arguing, we got just one room and were charged for two. Staff also tried to force the door open repeatedly instead of knocking, so there was no privacy. The room had no dustbin, and the washroom door didn’t work properly. The rooms, stairs, and varanda were filthy. I’d choose a dharmshala over this place, even if this hotel offered a free room. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I was highly dissatisfied.

The staff, facilities, and food all felt up to a five-star standard, and I’d strongly recommend the hotel. Thank Spark hotel for making my stay amazing 😍

There was no Wi-Fi or AC, and the water shortage was severe. The bathrooms hadn’t been properly cleaned before we were given the room, and reception was extremely slow to respond when called. I asked several times to move to a smaller room with AC and Wi-Fi. The service was extremely bad, so please avoid this property.

The room had a pleasant design, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and great. I’d seen reviews saying otherwise, but I didn’t find any lack of kindness. Great value for money.

I stayed here for 10 days while visiting Jaipur and got good service. The hotel’s facilities are good, and I felt it was safe. Thanks to Team Spark. This hotel really is the best.
