Fabhotel Bohra International

We had a wonderful stay at FabHotel Bohra International. My family and I recently visited Jaipur and booked two rooms. The rooms were okay, and when we found the geyser wasn't working, the manager helped get it repaired in time. Thank you, Team. 🙂

The room had hardly any space to walk around, no window, and felt completely suffocating. It also smelled of cigarettes all day. The TV, AC, and WiFi were all there but none of them worked. The hot water heater was working. I'd suggest staying at another hotel.

The room was dirty, cramped, and had no windows or ventilation, and the bathroom was dirty too. The shower and AC didn't work, and neither did the TV. There were no towels or toiletries, and the staff were arrogant. A terrible experience in my lifetime. Stay away if you don't want to feel suffocated.

I paid for the full stay in advance, so I had no choice but to remain there despite being distressed and dissatisfied. On the second day, the hot tea I ordered arrived cold and was extremely poor quality. Another family who checked in on my last day ran into the same misleading problems, so this appears to be recurring rather than a one-off issue. I had booked Fab hotel Bohra International, Jaipur for 4 days and 3 nights through Booking.com after checking the listed details and amenities. What I found was very different from the listing. The room was extremely small, with a queen-sized bed even though a king-sized one was advertised. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but there were no basic toiletries. The photos showed spacious rooms with a sofa, tea table, and kettle, none of which were there. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with leaks that made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. I asked right away for a room change or upgrade. The manager refused, acted aggressively, and spoke rudely and unprofessionally, then told me to contact Fab hotel support. The customer care number wasn't working when I selected the option for help with an ongoing booking. Booking.com support understood my concern, but after keeping me on hold for over 30 minutes while trying to reach the hotel, the call disconnected without a resolution or follow-up. This was a deeply concerning experience involving misleading advertising, poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly urge the higher authorities to investigate, take corrective action, and prevent these discrepancies and treatment of guests from happening again.
