I stayed at both places, and Super Townhouse hotel aka Hotel Jaimal was more affordable and professional. At this hotel, some rooms seemed fine, while others appeared to be reserved for hourly stays, which made the place feel unpleasant. The staff weren't cooperative. If you want a hotel in this area, don't book this one online.

There were lots of mosquitoes, and they said they had no blanket when I asked for one. The counter person was arrogant, and the owner was rude and uncooperative. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Please don't visit. There are many better hotels nearby.

Because of a family emergency, I came to Jaipur and booked through FabHotels, with help from Manan Jain. He asked me to pay part of the booking in advance and said early check-in at Hotel Diamond Key could be arranged if I paid extra at the hotel. But when my father and I arrived at 5:30 AM, a woman there refused. She said that because it was the 31st, many couples were paying the full-day rate to use rooms by the hour, so she couldn't let us check in early. That explanation seemed irrelevant and irresponsible for a hotel with no hospitality. I tried repeatedly to reach the booking agent, but couldn't. Another representative told me early check-in wasn't available. My father and I were left stranded outside at 5:30 AM without a room. FabHotels showed a real lack of service and empathy.

I booked a room with breakfast, but they said breakfast wasn't available and kept the breakfast charge without refunding it. There was no bathroom kit either. I called room service at least ten times, and nobody answered.
