There was noise from drinking and shouting all night, so it was an uncomfortable stay. The room smelled foul, and the beds and pillows looked used. There were no towels, soap, water bottles, or handwash, and no mirror either. The WiFi didn't work. I regret staying here and can't recommend it. It also didn't seem safe for women.

The location was practical, with easy access to transport hubs and tourist spots, and the complimentary breakfast had a good range of tasty choices. At FabHotel Grand Lotus, the contemporary design and cozy, well-equipped suites made me feel at ease. Staff were kind and attentive, and they dealt with my issues quickly. I had an amazing stay and thought it was good value for both business and leisure travel. Strongly recommended!

The bathroom often had no water, and I had to ask staff at least 20 times before they'd turn it on. They were rude and unhelpful, and their service was terrible. On arrival, even though I'd booked online through FabHotel, they demanded another 1000 rupees and said they wouldn't give me the room unless I paid. That was really upsetting. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It's not worth the trouble, and there are much better places.
