There were dead rats and cobwebs in the rooms. The toilet flush rattled, and the jets didn’t work properly.

My worst experience so far. There was no service or breakfast, and they didn’t change the bedsheets during the whole week.

The location made it easy to get to the things I needed, and the staff were friendly, kind, and wonderful. My room was quiet, clean, and spacious, and the hospitality was great. I enjoyed the services during my stay, including the healthy breakfast and hygienic care. Such a lovely stay ❤️

We booked seven rooms, and the service was extremely slow and poor. At night there was only one staff member for the whole hotel. Some rooms had dirty sheets or blankets, broken sinks, or faulty flushes. In the morning, the bathroom water suddenly stopped. Many rooms had no towels or soap, and none had complimentary water. We went to the kitchen and took seven complimentary bottles ourselves, but there were no more available. Imagine having no water at night. Dinner was a mess too. We appreciated being allowed to eat late, but the management was poor, and they were wiping plates with a dirty cloth. The rooms looked neat in the pictures, but weren’t appealing in person. Far too many things were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
