Getting something as basic as a bottle of water for the room meant waiting at least an hour. There really wasn't any staff service.

The rooms were in awful shape. Cigarette smell was everywhere, the corners were filthy, and the bathroom taps were broken. Room 102 also had a broken AC and Wi-Fi. The storeroom on every floor was full of alcohol bottles. Staff were rude, and they didn't have packaged water. We had to pay extra for a local brand bottle. Please don't stay here. I think the reviews are fake. Reply if you want video proof of the dirty rooms and corners.

This is the wrong hotel to stay at. The behaviour was so bad, and the owner didn't respond.

The rooms were really clean and tidy, and the location is nice too. Staff and management took responsibility for things and helped make our visit a great one. Go and experience it for yourself.
