Fabhotel Pearl Square

I couldn't get much help from the staff, who seemed indifferent when I raised concerns. The main problem was the noise at night: a DJ in the bar downstairs played loud music, and the bass seemed to shake the walls. It was nearly impossible to sleep. My deluxe room at Fabhotel Pearl Square also felt cramped and uncomfortable, especially for the price. I was extremely disappointed and don't recommend the hotel. I won't return.

The staff were cooperative, and the hotel itself was good, but it was near a slum area. At around 11:30 while we were checking in, a passing bike rider snatched my wife's purse. We lost belongings worth up to 12k rupees. Given the condition of the nearby area, I'd advise families to avoid checking in after 10pm.

I stayed just one night. The room was warm and ready when I checked in around 9pm, but the bedsheets and pillow cover were so dirty they needed changing. I was too tired to take a photo. No water bottle was provided, and I had to keep calling reception or the staff. They also charged me incorrectly at checkout. The paratha came on a stained plate with a burn mark, so you can imagine the rest. The location is okay for getting around the city, though transport is inconvenient.

The place felt uncomfortable and unsuitable for families, especially with children, and I saw no concern for family comfort or safety. Facilities listed online either weren't there or were in terrible condition. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Requests went ignored, complaints got excuses, and they acted as if guests were doing them a favor. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, with what looked like unwashed bedsheets, a disgusting washroom, and a constant foul smell. Basic cleanliness was missing. Calling this a family hotel is misleading. It was a waste of money, time, and peace of mind. Even budget lodges are cleaner and more professional. Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid at all costs.
