FabHotel Prime Shiv Mahima

I booked two rooms for my family, but the place just wasn’t suitable for a family stay. They took advance money and didn’t return it. I’d never recommend a hotel carrying the Fab hotel name. To me, Fab hotel is just a fraud.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The sheets and pillows were dirty, and the washroom was in poor condition. Don’t book this hotel, you’ll regret it.

We had to walk around for two hours before finding the hotel because the location details weren’t right. The two rooms I’d booked weren’t clean, and the lift wasn’t working.

The location they listed was way off, far from the actual place, and the hotel team gave us no proper response. I was travelling with friends, including women, and we reached at 4 a.m. for an early check-in due to some reasons. I’d notified them through the Fab website, where it said I should pay an extra 30% of the day charge. At the hotel, they demanded the full amount again, 100% extra. When I showed them the message, they ignored it and said we had to pay more, wait until the 12 p.m. check-in, or cancel. They knew cancelling at check-in would mean no refund. The person we spoke with was very rude. Since our female friends were with us, we felt we had no choice but to pay the extra 100%. It was the worst experience I’ve had and a total loss. At checkout the receptionist also pressured me to leave a review in front of him, and kept pushing when I ignored him, so I just walked out.
