The experience was awful from start to finish. Save your money and skip this hotel.

The online photos make the hotel look quite upscale, but the place itself and the service were both really poor. It was a bad stay.

I asked about the older negative reviews, and the staff said the hotel had been under different ownership before they took over two months ago. During my stay with my brother, though, we found the room clean and cozy, with the essentials, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was also close to the airport. For the affordable price, it felt like good value, and I’d stay again.
