Even a mobile number to contact them wasn’t available. We never got back our Rs 1100, despite having booked and paid everything four days before check-in. When we arrived, they refused to give us a room and made excuses about electrical work in the hotel. The real reason, I believe, was high room demand that day due to the Judiciary exam in Jaipur, so they sold the rooms for more without telling us. Unethical, corrupt, disgusting behaviour. I’ve never seen such a terrible hotel or people. We were unable to reach them by phone.

The location is great, tucked slightly into a residential area. Rooms are good, the AC works properly, and the bathrooms and toilets are clean. They also have space for party celebrations, which is cool. A room costs around Rs. 1500/night, but there was no towel available. Check Room 102’s lock before taking it, and make sure they’ve replaced it if it’s still loose. Our key got stuck and we were locked out for a while.

The hotel’s kitchen has been closed for a while, so don’t count on getting anything to eat or drink. Even if the price says “breakfast included,” there isn’t any. My room smelled of cigarettes even though I wanted a non-smoking room, and a quiet room isn’t something to expect either. The corridors were filthy, with leftover food packaging and empty water bottles from guests. The bedsheets and pillow covers looked filthy and hadn’t been changed for a long time. Within five minutes of checking in, I had to ask for a room change because the sink was filthy, and there wasn’t even a wash basin in the bathroom. There was no kettle, and apart from a hand wash bottle, no toiletries, so bring your own. Bring towels too: the ones they provide, only after you ask, are worn out and so rough they might scratch you. The geyser didn’t work, and the fan made a lot of noise. I booked after seeing the lovely photos on Agoda, but the reality was completely different. If half a star were an option, I’d choose it.

A budget stay that’s just okay. The rooms are nice and the bedding comfortable, but the service is poor. The geyser wasn’t working, and there was no tea before 8 am. They don’t provide toiletries, so bring your own. If you book ahead, you might find a better option for the same budget.
