The lobby was dirty, the rooms felt unwelcoming, and there was a bad smell throughout. The room I was first given had a broken toilet and leaking taps. It took almost two hours to move me after I asked. I also had to call several times and wait about two hours for clean cups and bottled water, and the staff never brought the other basic supplies they had promised. I booked three nights on Agoda and was considering extending for three more if the facilities were good. They weren't. The rooms lacked basic amenities and cleanliness, and this was the worst hotel stay I've had. I would give it zero stars if I could, and I strongly advise against booking here.

After an hour trying to reach the correct location, we were told there were no rooms for us. We had booked five rooms for two days and paid in advance. We contacted Fab hotel customer care, but they didn't help. We were left without rooms and without our advance payment.

The bedsheet was covered in spots, and when we asked for a clean one, they said they had no spare sheets. The AC also didn't work properly. This was the worst hotel service I've had in jaipur, and I wouldn't recommend booking this hostel.

I booked three rooms through oyo rooms, but at check-in the receptionist said only two were available. When I asked why they'd accepted a booking for three, they told me to call oyo and take it up with them. Avoid this hotal at any cost. Iss hotal ke mkc.
