Flora Enclave by OYO Rooms

The prices are reasonable, and the rooms are okay.

I paid online from home for three days for my staff before arriving in jaipur. The night before checkout, management claimed they hadn’t received the payment, even after I sent the link and all the payment details. I had to pay the whole amount again. There’s another review describing this kind of problem, so it seems like this may be their usual way of fleecing guests. Terrible experience with management.

I booked through the Oyo app and paid online, but the hotel said the payment wasn’t showing in their system. They told me to cancel the booking for a 100% refund, so I did, then paid directly at the counter. I still haven’t received the refund despite sending many emails. Bad experience this time. Oyo is making money with fake information. Please don’t go through Oyo, better use another app. I stayed two nights, and they didn’t change the linen. They also gave me a dirty towel and wouldn’t provide an extra one.

The rooms are compact and small, but they were clean. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was polite. It’s close to the famous Hanuman Dhaba in Raja Park. I’m taking two stars off because the TV didn’t work and service was a bit slow.
