The meals were a highlight, with a great spread at both breakfast and dinner, and the dining area was spacious and very clean. We were due to check in at 2 pm, but they arranged for us to arrive at noon when we asked. The room was good too, with working AC, clean sheets, and a clean bathroom. Staff were well groomed and trained. The hotel is on a main road with easy access to the railway station and several markets. Ola and Uber are options if you don't have your own vehicle. We had a very good stay and highly recommend it.

We booked for a family holiday, but the room wasn't ready to use. It was neat and clean, yet missing tissues, towels, bathroom slippers, tea bags, and soap. Receptionist Ms. Gyanendri helped us get the issue sorted out.

Ginger Jaipur was clean and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff, especially around the food. The meals were good, there were plenty of choices, and they provided complimentary khichdi and daal rice for the kids. The open rooftop dining area was lovely, and the kids enjoyed the play zone. The location was easy to reach and had plenty of parking. Our only suggestions are to add two chairs or a sofa in the room and improve the washrooms. Otherwise, Ginger deserves 5/5. Highly recommend 👍

The food and service from the F&B team were a real highlight. Thanks to Tarachand (Captain), Pawan (Manager), Kishan (Steward), Tanveer (Steward), and Amit (Captain) for taking such good care of us. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around the city, and parking was plentiful. We missed having a balcony, though, and were confused by pool videos on Google reviews since there was no pool at the hotel, inside or on the rooftop. Clarifying that for future guests would help. For a meal outside the hotel, Govindam Vegetarian Restaurant nearby was good and reasonably priced. We had a comfortable, memorable trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed one day at Ginger Jaipur and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, breakfast was reasonably good, and the location worked well for us, close to Taj Rambagh.
