I regretted choosing Hotel 7th Crossing as soon as I saw the state of the rooms and property. They looked dirty even after supposedly being cleaned, and the hotel doesn’t meet basic hospitality standards despite claiming an association with FabHotels. Although free parking is advertised, it’s only open parking. The staff seemed poorly trained, without a hotel management background, and didn’t act professionally. The person carrying our luggage had tobacco in his mouth, which showed the lack of hygiene and standards. For a clean, hygienic, family-friendly stay, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I’d give it zero or even a negative rating if I could.

We checked out straight away because the hotel didn’t feel safe for my family. The extra bed we’d booked wasn’t provided until after a lot of arguing, and it was very dirty and had bedbugs. The bathroom didn’t even have basic things like soap, and the staff and owner were rude. We may have avoided a mishap by leaving quickly. This Fab hotel 7th crossing hotel was the worst, with practically no facilities.

We arrived around 2am after booking two rooms for five people through FabHotels, only to be told there were no rooms and the online system hadn’t been updated. The staff were rude and didn’t even offer us a place indoors to wait while FabHotels arranged somewhere else for us.

The rooms were dirty and the beds were broken. We were given a room with breakfast, but the tea arrived cold; asking for hot tea meant paying extra. The front desk staff were very rude as well. Horrible stay. Please find somewhere else.
