Hotel Amayra

Breakfast and dinner were a real highlight, both delicious and with good variety. We stayed for 3 days, and the whole visit was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help, which made us feel welcome throughout. A pleasant, hassle-free stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The atmosphere was relaxing and well managed, and everything about our stay was excellent. Rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was delicious, and staff were extremely courteous. Mr. Ravindra deserves a special mention, he’s a very friendly and helpful person. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the rooms were clean. We had a good stay, with helpful staff. Mr mohan at reception was especially kind, and the hotel felt like the safest in Jaipur.

We stayed at Amayra Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days in December 2025, and the experience was really disappointing. We had booked for 2 guests and paid extra for a third person, but the room was extremely small. Once the extra bed arrived, there was no room to walk. We knew the hotel was full and adjusted. After lunch, we ordered dinner from the hotel. When we asked for extra onions, we were told they cost extra. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for 1 onion. On the third night, around 10-11 pm, we realized our key was lost. We told the manager ahead of time and asked him to leave a duplicate key at reception for when we got back late. He assured us there was nothing to worry about. But when we returned at 1am, staff opened the room with a master key, then refused to give us a dummy key and told us to sit in the dark. One staff member said that without a key, the lights couldn’t be turned on. I asked if I was meant to sit in the dark all night because I’d lost the key, and he said they couldn’t do anything. He then said people usually pay 500 for a new key. I said we were checking out the next day and would pay, but asked them to turn on the lights first since it was 1 am and we were arguing in a dark room. After a lot of back and forth, he found some key and the lights came on. At checkout, the staff showed no courtesy, didn’t ask us anything, apologize, or communicate. We had to carry our bags down the stairs ourselves, and nobody offered to help load them in the car. Hospitality is what a hotel is known for, and basic humanity was missing. Charging for small things like onion made it feel as if they cared only about money and not the guest experience. They should be glad people order from their kitchen instead of using Zomato. The key incident made things even worse. Pathetic service and extremely disrespectful staff. I don’t recommend it.
