Dinner service was poor too. We couldn't even get basic plates on time. Then, in the middle of the night, we needed milk for our 7-month-old baby, but nobody was available to help. There was no response or support from the staff. I was there with my family, hoping for basic hospitality, and left very disappointed. Management needs to improve both customer care and night staffing. This doesn't feel like a suitable place for families with children or babies, and I wouldn't recommend staying here with them.

The mattress had no cushioning and was very uncomfortable, and the blanket smelled terrible. There were no towels in the room, and we had no hot water in winter. At the desk, there was no welcome or even a smile, just an argument about early check-in unless we paid an extra ₹500. The receptionist acted as if he owned the place and was giving customers attitude. If the owner reads this, please fire him. Treat tourists from other states or countries respectfully, or people may treat you the same way when you're in their state or country.
