The bathroom was poorly maintained. There was no jetspray, so we had to use the old-style water jet, and the pressure wasn't very good. The bedsheets were dirty until we called to have them changed. Most sockets were damaged or didn't work, and the AC was broken. We were told there were no other rooms, so we had to put up with it. It felt like they kept the good rooms for offline bookings. If you book online with an offer, they seem to try to give you the worst room possible. A really bad experience.

We arrived with our booking details, but the hotel denied that any booking existed and wouldn't accept what we showed them. They'd displayed availability for online booking, yet offered no real help when we got there. The payment we made wasn't refunded either. The reception staff were extremely unprofessional and treated us very poorly. A disappointing and unacceptable experience.

The food and ambience were nice, and everything was very, very good. Mr Firoz, the travel d3ak manager who provides cars, was good too, and the cars were comfortable. Best hospitality, and mr anopp was very good. Keep it up.

The staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns, and the flimsy door locks left me feeling unsafe. The bathroom was dirty, the room wasn't clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. A disappointing stay. Avoid if comfort and security matter to you.
