Hotel Fleur

I arrived with a confirmed booking through Agoda that I’d already paid for, but the staff refused to check me in, saying they didn’t accept Agoda bookings. First they said the hotel was full, then offered a room if I paid double. The staff and owner were very rude and didn’t try to help, and I was left stranded. My stay at Hotel Fleur Jaipur (Hotel Fleur Jaipur) became a nightmare. This felt like cheating and harassment. There was no customer service, honesty, or professionalism. They only care about money, not guests. Never book this hotel. Worst experience ever!

Friendly, supportive staff and management, and a convenient location by the airport with connections to other major parts of Jaipur city. It seems like a nice place for solo travellers. I’d recommend it as a Go Deal!

It may be rated as a 3 star hotel cum guest house, but staying here felt more comfortable to me than a Five Star hotel.

After a long trip, they showed no concern for the inconvenience. They were rude and unprofessional, first claiming they were sold out and then offering a room at double the price. They’re dishonest, money-minded, and show guests no respect. Hotels like this damage Jaipur’s hospitality image. Don’t book here if you value your time, money, and peace.
