Hotel Gaurav

The room was clean and looked after, and the staff were cooperative. It’s in a good, easy-to-reach location. Service was a little slow at times, though nothing major. A decent stay overall.

I wouldn’t give this hotel a star if zero were an option. There was no room service, and even basic things like a glass, blanket, or towels were missing. You had to call several times to get anything done, and when we complained, the receptionist behaved badly. Breakfast wasn’t served on time either, and staff behavior was a problem throughout. The room was neither quiet nor luxurious. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to be comfortable.

We had only one blanket for two people, and despite asking, couldn’t get another. The room smelled awful, and basic things were missing. Breakfast still hadn’t been provided by 9:30 in the morning. When we raised an issue, the receptionist said, “You have a problem, we have no issue with that.” They were very rude and didn’t know how to greet or treat guests. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I’d ask people to avoid it, and the hotel should be delisted.

The staff and manager were excellent. They behaved well, took initiative to help, and were professional. A great place.
