The restaurant food and setup were good, but the lack of a proper wash basin in the dining area was inconvenient. After breakfast or dinner, we had to use the basin by the toilet, which didn’t feel hygienic or comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and they helped carry our baggage from the entrance to the room. The exterior and ambience looked impressive, and the room was comfortable. The commode seat was loose and slid around, though room service fixed it quickly after I reported it. Getting the complimentary water bottles refilled became a repeated hassle. I had to call on the first day and again the next day. Staff initially insisted they’d already provided them, although we hadn’t received any. My father-in-law tried to explain too, but they still refused at first. After I called again, there was more arguing before they finally brought the bottles. The ambience and some of the staff were good, but room maintenance, communication, and the restaurant’s hygiene arrangements need attention.

The restaurant food and service could use some work, but the rest of my stay was good. Hotel Golden Manor was easy to find, in a prime area, with the market close by. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was a pleasant visit, and I’d recommend it for the location and rooms.

Chef Deepak and Jahid from the service team took especially good care of me, and I really appreciated their support. The whole team was professional, punctual, and attentive, with excellent service throughout my stay at Hotel Golden Manor. A very satisfying visit.

Breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices and cheerful, prompt service. The staff were polite and cooperative, and helped whenever needed from check-in through check-out, so the stay felt smooth and safe. The bathrooms, rooms, and shared areas were spotless, with excellent hygiene throughout.
