Hotel Heritage Inn

The location was good, and the staff were polite, but they didn't listen to requests and the service was extremely slow. There was defective furniture in the rooms, and the TV had no cable recharge. I asked them to recharge it, but nothing came of it.

The room was awful, with cockroaches everywhere and a broken, very smelly washroom. I paid the full amount for three days at check-in, then was asked for another day's charge at checkout because I stayed just three hours extra. I'd already discussed leaving three to four hours late at check-in, and they'd agreed. At checkout they still demanded the extra day's money and gave me attitude, saying, "mai hotel association ka adhyaksh hu". I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and won't stay here again.

We were first put in room number 404, which had no exhaust fan and smelled like a bathroom. We complained three or four times, but they didn't turn on the fan, so we went out for a walk and put up with it. When we got back at night, cockroaches were all over the room, so we complained and were moved to room number 101. That room was a mess, with broken furniture. The manager was rude and angry. We'd agreed while choosing the room that after checkout we could leave our bags and use a room to freshen up when we came back. He said yes, but when we returned, the room was available and they still wouldn't give it to us. The women with us needed to change clothes, but we weren't given a room. In the end they pointed us to a common bathroom so filthy that nobody could stand there for even a minute. We left without being able to freshen up. The hotel is run by its owners, and nobody should go there. The attached photo is from the hotel.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and there were small bacteria on the bed. The rooms and washroom were dirty, the switchboard didn't work, and there was no button to lower the fan speed. The owner wasn't cooperative. We asked to stay two hours past checkout because it was 5 AM, but he wouldn't allow it and asked for 500-1000 more for the two hours. The service and hotel were both very, very bad. Spend more on another hotel, but don't go here.
