I was unsure about booking since I haven’t stayed in many hotels, but choosing this one worked out well. My family and I booked two nights, and the staff were supportive when we checked in early. They helped with even our smallest requests. The food was delicious, and although it’s near the railway and bus stations and the metro, the neighborhood was quiet.

Everything else about the stay was good, but I’m giving one star because of Mr.Raj Kishan’s behavior. We booked two days directly with the manager, Mr.Raj Kishan, and our package included the room and breakfast. On checkout day they demanded extra payment for breakfast and denied agreeing to include it. They also said our child’s breakfast wasn’t covered. Luckily, we had the booking conversation in WhatsApp chat. When I showed it to them, they spoke more softly because other customers were at reception. Mr.Raj Kishan is a liar and a fraud. Keep booking details in writing, and don’t rely only on phone calls. Without those messages, they could have denied what they said and made me pay extra.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Housekeeping kept everything neat and comfortable each day. The food was good too. I was impressed with the stay.

The breakfast and dinner were both really tasty and well prepared, which added a lot to the stay. At Hotel Jitendra Inn, the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. The service was appreciable. I had a great experience.

We came as a group from perfect crop science pvr ltd. The food was excellent, and the rooms were neat and clean. Good hospitality at Hotel jinendar inn. We’ll come again.
