I booked through OYO by phone and got there at 1:30 on the 31st, only for the staff to tell me they don't usually take OYO bookings. So why list the place there? The owner and staff were useless, and it felt like the hotel was just there to make money and drink. Awful people.

I came all the way from Delhi to Jaipur for personal work after booking ahead, but they didn't care about my time. They accepted the online booking and took payment, then denied me check-in when I reached, saying they had no booking. Don't book this property. Zero-rated place.

After a long time, I finally got good service from OYO. Communication was clear, all the staff behaved well, and the service itself was good. Thanks to OYO and to 75136 hotel krishna.
