There were bugs on the bed, the rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. On top of the hygiene issues, they added extra charges at the end of the stay. This place is absolutely not worth staying in. I’d advise others to avoid booking here or you may get scammed. It’s an extremely unprofessional property.

The spare room they gave me while I waited had a bathroom that didn’t work. The floor was sticky, the room was dirty, and the light didn’t work. Really, nothing was functional and everything was a mess. I needed to check in early, but they wouldn’t let me into my room and said I could check in at 10 am. I went out and came back at 10.30, then the hotel manager shouted at me, saying, “What do your expectations matter? We’ll give you the room at 12,” even though he’d said it would be ready by 10. The service and whole experience were awful. They buy their good reviews and all.

It’s been nearly two months, and the owner still ignores my messages asking for my money back or at least an invoice so I can claim it from Booking.com. The staff had said I could claim the money there, but gave me no invoice. I accidentally double-booked through Booking.com and OYO, then cancelled the Booking.com reservation because cancellations were still allowed. This was December 19th 2025. The hotel staff nevertheless charged me 2300 rupees, saying the booking would show up in their “audit.” We were scared and paid because we aren’t locals and had language difficulties. The owner has still not returned the money or sent the invoice. Worst experience, please don’t go to this place.

My stay at this property was horrible. All the rooms’ washrooms were very dirty, and the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets were dirty too. There was no hygiene. Please check the place first before choosing it.
