Breakfast had a lovely range of fresh, tasty options, and the hotel was close to major attractions while still quiet enough to relax. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the facilities were well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the care given to the room's design and cleanliness. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and check-in went smoothly. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for comfort, convenience, and great service.

They didn't give us a deluxe room. There weren't really any facilities, and there was no hot water for bathing. The room was unclean, and even after we asked, the staff didn't have it cleaned.

The toilet flush and electrical sockets weren't working, and there was no hot water in the kettle. At least they gave us an extension board.
