Hotel Pink Palace

The room and location were good, and they provided all the essential accessories. We felt very lucky to visit this hotel. The management took really good care of us during our stay.

We had to keep following up for basic things like blankets and hot water, and the service was poor. The room was just okay, but the surroundings felt shady and uncomfortable. The location also wasn’t as close or convenient as it looked in the photos, which gave us the wrong impression. A frustrating stay with little of what we expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

After a long journey, we just wanted a bath and some sleep, but there was no hot water because the room didn’t have its own geyser. The water geyser wasn’t working in the morning either, so we had to bathe in cold water in November before leaving. We arrived at 10 pm and weren’t attended to for half an hour. Since it was so late to look for another hotel, we waited, and after another hour they gave us a room that looked fine at first. Then we noticed the dirty bedsheet and asked them to change it. There was no telephone, so they gave us their personal number, and the kettle was so dirty they had to bring a new one. By then it was 1 am and we were exhausted. Worst experience. The basic facilities weren’t there, yet they charged so much. I’d rate it below zero if I could. They should shut the hotel down. Please avoid it if you don’t want your trip spoiled.

I booked online, but the stay was a letdown. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with a broken tap and water leaking constantly. The floor was very old and poorly looked after, and the noisy fan made it uncomfortable. The bedsheets were torn and unhygienic, and the service was very poor. I won’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.
