Hotel Ratangarh Palace

The washroom wasn’t in good shape, and the flush didn’t work properly. The food bill they gave me wasn’t proper either. The menu listed three boiled eggs with bread toast for 150 rs, but at payment they said the eggs cost 200 rs separately and three slices of toast were another 150 rs. This felt like cheating. I wouldn’t stay here.

We booked a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast was awful. They kept us waiting for over an hour and spoke to us very rudely. They didn’t even give us water or other basic things. The whole experience was terrible and not worth it at all.

The room was small, smelly, and poorly maintained, and there was no parking. We had booked a single bed but were given two separate beds instead. Check-in took hours, and the staff were unhelpful. The service was pathetic. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

I stayed two nights, 29Nov-1Dec. The rooms seem okay if you pay under 3k per night, but anything higher feels overpriced. The worst part was the front office staff, who were extremely irritating. They should do something about the young man working the evening or night shift.
