Hotel Resolute

I booked FabHotel Resolute on Tonk Road, Jawahar Lal Colony, Jaipur, and was very disappointed. The reception staff were rude and arrogant, and the overall behavior felt extremely disrespectful. The room hadn't been properly cleaned, and its door had no lock, which is a serious safety concern. The service and upkeep are unacceptable. Based on what happened, I'd advise people to think carefully before booking, online or offline. I've attached room pictures for reference.

Jaipur is amazing. This place really isn't. I stayed with colleagues and got what felt like a horror comedy. There was no lock on the room door, as if privacy didn't matter. We told the staff, and they basically said our room problems were ours to deal with. The customer service was that bad. It feels designed only for OYO purposes, more like a test of patience and survival than a hotel.

He knows kidney health, diabetes, and BP inside out. Very experienced, genuinely polite, and the best advocate for your health.

I stayed here in August. The location was good, and the staff were excellent, very helpful and willing to do what they could. Breakfast was great, and the kitchen was clean. The food was tasty, though there's no restaurant or dining hall, so they send it to the rooms. The rooms weren't up to standard, and there were bed bugs.
