Hotel Ruby

Owner Lokesh personally checked in on us, shared local recommendations, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. It was the best service we've had at any hotel. Surya from the staff was so kind and generous: he remembered our breakfast preferences, recommended the best Rajasthani dishes, and packed extra snacks for our road trip without us asking. The rest of the team were warm and attentive too. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and great value for money. We had an excellent stay and couldn't be happier. Clean, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. We'll definitely be back.

Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were polite and well-behaved. The reception team were very helpful and gave us excellent guidance. The property was well maintained, with outstanding cleanliness and good lift facilities. I highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the city.

The room and price suited our budget, and the hotel itself was good, but the night manager's behavior was so bad that we didn't stay. We moved to the hotel Konark next door and stayed there for 2 days. Its staff were polite and gentle with guests. The rooms here were average; the real problem was the staff. Employees seemed rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping, as if every basic request was a burden. We felt ignored and uncomfortable instead of welcome. Customer service was among the worst I've experienced, and I wouldn't recommend Ruby to anyone looking for decent hospitality or respectful treatment. There are much better options for the same price. We visited hotel Ruby at 16/05/2026 around 3:30 at night. The night manager was especially arrogant and ill-mannered with guests. The owner should teach staff how to speak to young and old people, and to poor people too. He literally started abusing the rickshaw man who took us to the hotel. The manager needs to learn basic manners in communication, or the hotel's business will be affected. As per my suggestion, don't go for hotel ruby. 😡😡😡😡

⚠️ A warning about the checkout policy: I arrived around 7:30 AM and was given a room, but checking out just an hour or two late, at about 9:30 AM, meant they wanted to charge me for a full day. The stay itself was average, nothing great. ₹1000 seems enough for one day here.
